User Provided Information
We strive to collect as little information as feasible for the satisfactory and safe use of our products. We only collect your data after your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time by emailing info@skinchange.ai.
The mobile application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the application. Registration with us is optional. However, registration is mandatory for usage of the features offered.
When you register with us and use the services, you generally provide (a) an email address and password for your SkinChange.AI-account; (b) transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use applications from us; (c) information you provide us when you contact us for help; (d) pictures and relevant metadata for support issues.
We may also use the information you provided us to contact your from time to time to provide you with essential information, required notices, training material and marketing promotions.

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the services.

This application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to be used for marketing purposes.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is transmitted to external services to help us improve the application and our service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process.
• when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect your safety or the safety of others, protect our rights, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
• with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
• if SkinChange.AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.

You can stop all collection of information easily by uninstalling the mobile application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out via email, at info@skinchange.ai.

We will retain user provided data for as long as you have an active account and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain automatically collected information for up to 24 months. If you would like us to delete user provided data that you have provided us, please contact us at info@skinchange.ai. We will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all the user provided data may be required in order for the mobile application to function properly.

Our services are intended for use by people above the age of eighteen or the legal age for granting consent to an information service provider on the Internet in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
We do not use the mobile application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of eighteen. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at info@skinchange.ai. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information to operate, develop or improve our services. Please be aware that, although our endeavor provides reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here and informing you directly or via email or text message. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using our services, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. ”Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/handheld device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining, and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the country of Denmark. If you reside outside the country of Denmark your information will be transferred, processed, and stored there under the country of Denmark’s privacy standards, which is in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

According to the GDPR, you have the right to access personal data regarding you.
You can always access your account to review the personal data we have collected about you. You may delete and amend the data collected.
You also have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data free of charge. However, we may charge a fee corresponding to administrative costs if further copies of the information are requested, or if the request is unfounded or excessive.
Furthermore, you have the right to:

• Use the functionality that we provide you with.
• Ask for rectification of incorrect or inaccurate data concerning you, or to have incomplete personal data completed. You can use your access to your account to update your personal data.
• Ask for erasure of personal data regarding you (under certain circumstances as described above).
• Ask for the restriction of the processing of your data.
• Object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes by withdrawing your personal consent.
• You can at any time withdraw your consent by use of the setting in the mobile application or by deleting your account or by sending an e-mail to: info@skinchange.ai.
• You have the right of portability of the personal data you have submitted to us. We will deliver your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format as supported by our service. When we receive a request to access, rectify, erase, or port data, we may ask you for additional information to confirm your identity and ensure data security. You have the right to complain regarding the processing of personal data concerning you to the supervisory authority, which in Denmark is the Danish Data Protection Agency:
